Executive Consultant

Francois joined the Mineral Resource Evaluation (MINRED) team at De Beers in 1998 commencing as a Mineral Resource Evaluation Engineer at De Beers head office in Johannesburg. He then worked for two years (2000-2002) at De Beers NAMDEB marine and alluvial operations in Namibia as a Project Mineral Economist and a year (2003) at De Beers Finch mine where he obtained a Blasting Certificate and Mine Manager’s Certificate. Francois returned to De Beers Head Office as a Mineral Economist from 2003 to 2005

In May 2005 Francois joined Snowden Mining Consultants’ Johannesburg team in their Corporate Division and was promoted to Principal Consultant in 2006. Francois relocated to Snowden’s Perth office in 2007 as a Principle Consultant
Jonathan Graham


Jonathan is currently working for CAE Mining in the Brisbane office and is part of the CAE Mining consulting group specialising in the field of geostatistical resource modeling and risk analysis.

Jonathan is a geologist who graduated from the University of Manchester in 2001 with a BSc in Geology and then furthered his studies at Camborne School of Mines where he gained an MSc with Merit in Mining Geology in 2003. Jonathan has a background in geostatistical modeling and his first introduction was during his MSc thesis modeling geotechnical attributes for Bingham Canyon mine in Utah

Terry Burns

Terry is an experienced multi-disciplined professional with in excess of 25 years mining industry experience. He has held technical and operational management responsibilities with Australian majors and several ASX-listed juniors. In addition to his operational experience, Terry operated a successful independent consultancy for several years where he focused on specific project technical due diligence, ASX-listed company research and valuation, and feasibility study and/or project management of advanced mining projects. Terry has gained significant experience in the identification and development of a multitude of deposit types in both underground and open pit operations. Qualifications include a BAppSc (Geology), a GDipEd (Secondary), and a PDGeoSci (Mineral Economics) and he has been a Fellow of the AusIMM Since 2000

Neville Terry

Neville and has almost 30 years experience working in the mining industry. He has held positions including Mine Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Mining Engineer, Contracts Administrator and Principal Mining Consultant and has also been Managing Director of his own consultancy firm. With such a history in the industry, Neville’s strengths are many and varied and include his capacity to manage major, multi-faceted projects; his ability to meet financial, technical and quality criteria and, significantly, to advise on how these aspects might be improved; and his aptitude for developing and implementing innovative and systematic plans to meet targets and long-term strategies for mining and processing of coal. He has a proven track record as both operations and mine manager for major Australian and 

multinational companies - directly responsible for safe and efficient operation of Open Cut (150 personnel) and Coal Handling Preparation Plant (50 personnel), an annual budget of $60M, quality and cost control and industrial relations. He also has experience with contract mining as both the Principal and Contractor Representative. Neville is currently involved in reviewing coal projects, conducting due diligence investigations, ‘signing off’ as a competent person on JORC Reserve Statements and expert witness work

Antony Hansson Osman BSc,FAusIMM(CP), MMICA, FGS,FSEG, SME

"Competent Person" for the assessment and reporting of coal resources/reserves and qualities for Australian Stock Exchange purposes and hence the Stock Exchanges of Jakarta and Surabaya. Professional expert on lateritic iron ore and sedimentary iron ore deposits with familiar with processes of lateritisation. Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy Professional geologist, mining consultant / contractor, and Executive / Board of mining company for over 40 years
